Greetings McKinley and Salem area community!
On April 19th 2019, McKinley Parent Teacher Community will be hosting a Bingo Night and Silent Auction to raise funds for McKinley Elementary School’s educational programs and field trips. For this event, we are reaching out to individuals and businesses for donations of gift cards, merchandise, and services to auction and give as bingo prizes.
Your generous gifts will allow us to continue to provide programs and activities not supported by the state’s education budget. These important programs and activities affect the education of ALL of our students and by extension help support our local community:
• Classroom supplies
• Field trips
• Movie Night
• School Assemblies
• Music and Art Programs
• McKinley Garden
• Battle of the Books, a statewide reading incentive competition
McKinley Parent Teacher Club is seeking your support for our bingo/auction event by way of several kinds of donations:
• Small donations valued at $5 or less for Bingo (new or gently used items encouraged)
• Larger donations of gift cards, products, services, or gift baskets for the silent auction
• Signup Events – Create and donate a class or event that guests can pay a set fee to attend
Your greatly appreciated donation will make a significant difference in the lives of all our Kindergarten – 5th grade students, in turn helping to shape the future leaders and consumers within our community.
We will need to collect donations by April 17th, 2019. All donations are fully tax deductible as allowed by law. McKinley Parent Teacher Club is a 501(c) tax exempt organization, EIN# 20-0028509.
